We recognise that each journey is unique, offering tailored practices including sound therapy, guided meditations, and deeper work like inner child healing and trauma processing through breathwork and hypnotherapy. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work together. To ensure clarity and mutual respect, please review the following booking terms: 1. Session Packages: All sessions are booked as part of a 3-session package to support meaningful progress and integration. Single sessions are not offered, as this work is designed to unfold over time. 2. Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for booking their sessions using the provided scheduling link or via direct email. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require a minimum of **24 hours’ notice** for rescheduling or cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or subject to a rebooking fee. 4. No-Shows: If you miss a session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and is not eligible for refund or reschedule. 5. Refunds & Transfers: Session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once the first session has occurred. If you're unsure about your commitment, please reach out for a consultation before purchasing. 6. Commitment to the Process: These programs are structured to support sustainable change through consistent engagement. By booking, you acknowledge this is not a “quick fix” and commit to showing up fully for the process. 7. Weather & Environmental Conditions (for In-Person Sessions/Retreats): In the case of extreme weather, natural events, or unsafe conditions that impact in-person sessions or retreats, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or adjust the format (e.g., move online). However, refunds are not guaranteed due to weather-related disruptions beyond our control. Please ensure any travel plans are protected by appropriate insurance.
