Yoga at Home

Hello

I’m Kristina, a nutritionist and holistic wellness practitioner with a deep focus on mind-body harmony. I believe that true wellness starts from within: food nourishes the soul, while meditation and mindfulness nourish the mind.

I work at the meeting point of psychology, contemplative practice, movement, and sound — specifically within mindfulness based cognitive therapy. I support healing through integrating evidence-based therapy with somatic inquiry, using yoga as a way to listen deeply to the body’s intelligence.

About Kristina & her Work

Kristina is a certified Hypnotherapist, Meditation Coach, and Sound Healer with specialised training in Sound Therapy from Steinberg, alongside professional grounding in Yoga, Pranayama, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT and MBCT. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to both Eastern contemplative traditions and Western clinical approaches, creating a space where ancient wisdom meets modern psychology.

With additional studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine dietary principles and trauma-informed yoga, her approach honours the intricate interplay between body, mind, and spirit. Rather than focusing on "fixing" the mind, her work supports clients in reconnecting with the clarity and openness that already exists beneath layers of stress, trauma, and conceptual thinking.

Through writing, teaching, and 1:1 sessions, she invites clients into the subtle space where thought softens into awareness, and healing emerges from presence. Her practice draws from a wide palette—sound, breath, movement, and insight—to guide individuals toward embodied clarity, emotional resilience, and holistic wellness.

Methodology: Why This Approach Works

Our work is grounded in a neuro-embodied, results-oriented method that blends clinical insight with somatic precision. Each session is part of a structured, integrative framework designed to meet you where you are — cognitively, emotionally, and physically — and move you toward greater clarity, resilience, and nervous system balance.

What Makes This Different:

  • Whole-System Focus: We address not just what you think or feel, but how your body experiences stress, safety, and regulation. This creates faster, deeper, and more sustainable shifts.

  • Non-Spiritual, Research-Informed: You won’t find vague advice here. We combine tools from somatic psychology, nervous system science, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based cognitive techniques like CBT, MBCT and ACT — without spiritual jargon or ungrounded metaphors.

  • Trauma-Sensitive + Results-Oriented: We work slowly where needed, but always with a clear therapeutic aim. You’ll leave each session with a concrete practice and a sense of movement forward — not just insight.

  • Three-Session Commitment: Our model is intentionally designed around three structured 90-minute sessions, each building on the last. This brief container offers:

    • A clear beginning, middle, and end

    • Immediate relief tools + long-term integration

    • Space to assess what works for your body and mind

The 3-Session Commitment:

We commit to delivering a transformative experience across three sessions. This model is ideal for clients seeking focused support, a reset, or an introduction to integrative therapy tools.

If your core issue has not measurably shifted by the end of Session 3, we offer a 50% refund — no questions asked.

Why? Because this work should create felt change — not just interesting conversation.

We take your nervous system seriously — and your time and money just as seriously.
