Meet Our Founder

Kristina Y
Trauma Therapy Specialist
As a UK certified and registered nutritionist and supplement specialist since 2016, I bring extensive experience in holistic health and wellness. I later moved on to becoming a nationally certified TCM dietician where I began my research into the affects of TCM on mental health. My desire for empowering individuals, especially women, has driven me to pursue further education in clinical psychology, specialising in CBT and MBCT for trauma patients.
Through my passion of mindfulness and yogic practices, I have achieved the status as a certified RYT 500 Instructor with extensive experience in Yoga Nidra and Hatha Yoga. I specialise in community circle facilitation and meditation within the holistic wellness field. I believe that mental wellness should be approached as a whole, from the inside to the outside.
I'm thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of The Village Society Project together with Kung Tak Yuen NGO, where I'll blend my expertise in nutrition, psychology, and social impact in order to facilitate positive change. Visit thevillagesociety.org to find out more!
